Wyndham Cleveland Airport 4277 West 150th Street, Cleveland, OH 44135

"This is without a doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We got to our room & the TV was laying on the dresser & had been totally disconnected. We called the desk & were moved to another room that had no phone to contact the front desk. We were only spending the night to fly out of Cleveland Airport the next morning. We didn’t want to use the pool but wouldn’t have been able to if we did because it was closed apparently due to maintenance. That being said we wanted to get something to eat but were told the restaurant was also closed due to maintenance. We went to the bar to have a drink which was posted as opening at 5 so we sat there for at least 15 minutes before anyone opened it. We ending up walking down the busy road to get something to eat. Got up in the morning to get ready to go to the airport & had no hairdryer in our room. Called the desk on my cell phone since we had no phone & was informed they had no hairdryers. Needless to say we paid 176.00 for NOTHING! I will be calling someone in charge & complaining. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"I am writing this review now from a stay my 3 friends and I took in September, but I have not been able to forget about this horrible experience. My group and I arrived and checked in at around 3:30pm. Our room was the first one in the hall closest to the lobby. When we unlocked the door, it seemed as though someone was already in our room since there were dark crumbs all over the bed and counters, used cups everywhere, the tv was on, and toiletry bags were in the bathroom. We rushed out of the room as soon as we realized but then we waited in line for an additional 15 min to get a new room. Luckily there was an empty room for us to go in on the 4th floor, however by the time we got everything settled we were late for our dinner plans due to this inconvenience. We headed to the elevator, and it was the sketchiest elevator ever. When the doors opened and closed it rattled so much and when we were actually riding it, it seemed very unstable. A couple of times we took the stairs because we were too scared to ride it. When we entered the hallway on the fourth floor, there was an absolute putrid smell for the entirety of our 2 day stay. It almost smelt like puke but it didn’t seem like there was any around. Our new room ended up being acceptable. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Will not be booking again."

"I did not stay at this location but I met family there at the restaurant/bar. Service was amazing and fast, our bartender Sandra was funny and very attentive. Very clean and professional, my family said their stay was comfortable and smooth 10/10 recommend"

"Rooms were fine really but the overall hotel is being run to the ground at present. The lobby bathrooms had 2 stalls that were “out of order” as were all the automatic flushes. No towels or tissues! The kitchen hood did not work, so no food service. The parking lot is way in the back, a lonnggg walk back to the lobby & the back doors were only key card accessible but not told that before parking the car! They also wanted the license plate w/o notifying us. There should be signs at the entrance & all around. The management seemed unprepared to deal with the guests."

"The hotel was conveniently located from the airport to other areas of Cleveland. We liked having a shuttle pick us up and drop off. That is rare these days elsewhere. Breakfast was good but had to pay. Bar was good, not open too late, though. The elevator is a little scary as it makes many noises opening and closing, smaller elevator. The room was a nice size but noticed minor cleaning issues, phone had no buttons, remote for TV didn't work well and showers had no hot water by mid morning. Room didn't have extra towels or toilet paper but not a big deal. Recommend if staying a few nights or convenience to Cleveland for work or pleasure. Not much around to do or eat unless you have a vehicle."
