"Excellent experience so far, especially with new management led by Shana. This is our 4th year in this building, and we are very satisfied with the management and level of care. Management had its ups and downs depending on who the manager was. Since Shana took over around 6 months ago, we have noticed a major improvement at the level of communication, professionalism, cleanliness and care. We really like our concierges, maintenance team and the leasing office, they are all nice people."

"My wife and I have lived at One University Circle (OUC) for two years now. Our experience has been nothing short of Total Professionalism. I was reluctant to move in such an upscale building because I felt we wouldn’t utilize all the amenities available and felt certain things were kinda …..over-the-top….for our personalities. Scratch that last statement [we] probably, utilize Every amenity they offer; from the car wash service to the package delivery to the complementary Life Savers my wife has to take out of my pockets before washing….and that’s just a few! There’s something that bothers both of us though. We were satisfied ( enough ) after our first lease, however we did feel it’d be ‘prudent to just check the market and comparably see what’s out there. Something interesting happened during that period……OUC changed Property Managers. Now let me say this: we were basically satisfied. However, once Shana took over we started asking ourselves were Our expectations low. We invited her to our apartment to discuss our lease situation and would up making a counter offer. She facilitated the entire process and kept us informed and we subsequently signed a two year lease. Her community events have energized our complex and the attention to details are noticeable in a building we were happy with. The entire staff is like family to us. Maintenance, Concierge et. al all converge under Shana’s leadership to make OUC such a Got-to be-there kinda place."

"It has been a wonderful experience living at One University Circle for the past 12 months. You guys made my arrival into a new country absolutely amazing! I cherish all the great moments I had living here. The manager, Shana, is a wonderful person! She is one of the kindest and most understanding people I have met. The concierge staff are some of the most helpful and caring people I have ever met. The amenities are of top notch quality! You can find everything you need for a luxurious living experience. It was my utmost pleasure to live here for the time I was in Cleveland."

"This apartment is so nice, and I lived here for a year. The best around the Great Lakes region. Despite being a bit expensive, it is certainly worth the price. Compared to the housing in Chicago and Toronto (where you can barely find an affordable housing near campus at all), it is not expensive at all, given the services provided at OUC. Especially, the hot drinks provided on the 5th floor (for free) is impressive. The front desk staff LaTonya and Tina are very nice and kind."
