Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, an IHG Hotel

"So rooms are loud you can hear, Loud when anyone in your hall just Turns there door know let alone shut the door and if they talk in the hallway it’s like they are by your pillow. 24 a day to park, and these people Deserve tips they are nice and it’s not their policy. Rooms are hot you can turn the ac down it won’t do a bit of good. Bed is like cement. I got maybe 1 hr sleep a night but paid to sleep. Hated it won’t come back. Below average hotel premium price lots of ad ones and review the bill I was at the desk more than once where the bill was messed up by hundreds for guests."

"The front staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was wonderful and very accommodating as well. The valet desk often makes you feel that you are troubling them when you interact with them. And, the restaurant is inconsistent. The service staff is friendly. However, I watched my plate of food sit on the warmer for more than 15 minutes while they made my husband's pizza. Several times, the service staff seemed more interested in wrestling their paperwork into the system rather than take care of customers. We did not complain at the time about any aspect, but the manager came by somewhat randomly during one dinner and talked about the problems with getting "staff with the right mindset" hired. The breakfast buffet was pretty consistently cold. It was just a slightly off-key note in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic 3 different times. What we experienced each time was an entire staff that cares for and serves their customers. The Front Desk Staff, the Grab-n-Go Staff, the Cafe Staff and the Cleaning Staff — every single person we encountered treated us like family. We loved the Cleveland Clinic Shuttle Service as well. Very convenient. The room was the perfect size and the restaurant had great food after a long day at the hospital. Thanks Team! You were all amazing!"

"Very clean and nice hotel. Great place to stay if you are going to the Cleveland Clinic. Shuttle was a wonderful resource so I didn't have to worry about traffic and parking. Highly recommend. Also, everyone I interacted with was so polite and helpful."

"No on-site parking whatsoever. Not even a "15-minute loading/unloading zone." There's only valet parking for $24/day - this is not advertised on the hotel's booking page; I don't even mind if I have to self-park for a fee, but that's not even an option. Listing "parking" as an amenity is false advertisement. I'm considering cancelling the rest of my reservation for somewhere else more convenient. Added one star for friendly desk staff. Still not recommended if you're not here for the clinic. Extremely short-staffed for breakfast during my stay, but really friendly."
