The Lumen

"I had the pleasure of visiting The Lumen on 18th of Nov with my daughter who will be relocating with her job to Cleveland. As a former Customer Service Manager, it has always been important to me to treat everyone with courtesy,respect,kindness and patience. Two people from this property checked all boxes and more of my expectations. Jake the leasing agent was very welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive in showing us all amenities and apartments. I loved his attitude and he has a beautiful spirit,which means a lot to me.The second person was the concierge. His name is Josh. He was welcoming, very nice and helpful. The apartments have the most amazing views and are beautiful. I am so happy my daughter picked The Lumen to call home! Good job Jake and Josh! You made this trip for us very easy."

"We had excellent stay at Lumen, staff is extremely cooperative, they are always welcoming, felt quiet homely during my stay. Amenities like gym, coffee bar, grill area etc are superb. I recommend this place."

"Stay away. Has really gone down hill in the last 6-12 months. Maintenance wont repair most things, will say its “minor issue”. Management is not responsive to emails. You will see the cleaning staff sitting around more often than cleaning—the outside amenities look nice but are not cleaned. A premium rent deserves premium service, but you wont get that here. Glad Im moving out soon."

"Sydney and Nancy and the Concierge team have been extremely amazing to me. I moved in on a weekend, a day that the leasing office is closed, and Deanna was there to assist me with everything. She helped me with the service elevator, making sure I was comfortable and that my fob was working! The only 2 issues I had were that I was not able to park in my parking spot for about 4-5 days(I understand things happen) and my apartment had some maintenance issues but the staff was super on top of making sure service tickets were entered to get things taken care of. I do recommend however, giving new move ins more tickets for parking. I did not ask for an $82 re-imbursement for the week I could not park in secured parking but would have liked more tickets so I did not have to count my travels in and out of the building so much during my first week of moving or go downstairs to the lobby each time I needed a ticket. All in all, Nancy, Sydney, and Deanna are AMAZING!!! :)"

"It’s my first time there I visited some friends. It’s a big building with 35 floors. They got big roof top with both indoor and outdoor area. It also has a beautiful view. The whole place looks fancy. There’s also a gym and an outdoor pool with tan area. There’s places for studying and many places for hanging out. It has a pool game and there’s a resting place for dogs. It also has a parking and the whole building has a good security."
