"If I could I would rate it 0 stars these are the worst apartments you could ever live it not only did we get the crack head apartment but management is the worst our apartment was so ugly and every other one was remodeled we had homeless people knocking at our door looking for the old person who lived there we also had police almost knocking our door down looking for the same man never felt like home we had so many issues and Mary and Emily never did anything we had a hole in our restroom and it almost took them a whole year to come and fix it , management at first are so nice but don’t get fooled they turn into different people after a couple months living there if your planning on moving there I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money there not only are the apartments trashy so is management even maintenance guys say the same about management"
"Don’t waste your money or time I promise it’s not worth it. Mary Sloan is a terrible person & to top it off terrible at her job as management. Only had a lease for 12 months and that was enough for me to never be around that again. Mary has a very childish mindset you can’t have a grown civil conversation with her because she would rather end the conversation then to take some responsibility or even try to fix an issue. They are also so shady when it comes to rent when it comes to anything!! I advise to not move here they have a lot of growing up to and educate themselves a little more when it comes to tenants rights."
"Management from hell!! I don’t recommend living here at all! Shady management. Only lived here for a year but it was enough to see how shady, and terrible people can really be in this industry of management. Mary Sloan & Emily are terrible people. They sound kind & looks can be deceiving but they love to lie so they don’t have to take responsibility about anything literally they are children inside a grown women and don’t know how to grow up. I had a hole literally a hole where I can see my downstairs neighbors bathroom took them 5 months to even fix it and the lied about it saying I didn’t tell them anything until I threatened to sue them. They have 3 offices you need to chase them around to even be able to talk to them because they act like they’re some kind of trophie to be doing that. Like I said THEY ARE HELL don’t waste your money or time."
"I was contacted via email by Maddy, a leasing specialist to set up a time to come look at an apartment. I was told I needed to give her a specific time and day so that she knew when to be at the apartments because their main office is not there. We agreed on 1pm today, 3/2/23. I also mentioned that since mine and my fiances lunch is right at 1 that we would be a few minutes late. We arrived at 1:11 and knocked on the office door a few times and there was no answer. There is even a sign on the door stating that the office is only open at that location on Thursdays from 1pm to 5 or 6 but clearly, no one was there (on a Thursday after 1pm). They wasted our time and were highly unprofessional for not showing up. Don't waste your time."
"Good size place to live for a couple college age girls just starting out, and the renovations they just did before we moved in are great, nice place, however the rent situation can get pretty shady, and management isn’t really willing to fix problems. When you call they say “ok, yea, we will for sure address that” and then do nothing about it. Specifically about making sure smoking is staying outside the apartments, we never had any issues when we first moved in, with past residents who smoke, but recently had some residents move in who continue to smoke in the house making our house above them smell strongly like cigarettes and has been brought to managements attention a handful of times in the last month that it’s been happening, and they still haven’t done anything about it, we ended up having to talk to the residents doing it, on our own, which of coarse since we aren’t management and can’t really do anything about it they only listened to us for a couple days before they continued to smoke in the house. Management definitely needs to get better at enforcing no smoking in the house, and addressing issues when brought to their attention"
