"Lived here for just over a year. The maintence people are fast to coming in. Rent is cheap and nice neighbors. Nothing to complain about!"
"Lived here for 2 years and loved it! Here's what I liked about Legacy Court: 1) Apartment pricing was cheaper than most 1-bedroom apartments in the area. Rent did go up a bit (~$30) with each contract renewal, but wasn't too bad. 2) The apartment doesn't have central A/C but does have an A/C unit in the living room which worked well enough for the summers. For the 2nd summer I lived there, I also used my own A/C unit since I like very cool temperatures. But if you just rely on their A/C unit, you should be fine. 3) You get 1 covered reserved parking spot and there's a decent amount of guest parking and street parking. 4) Management was nice and I never had any issues with them. They only came into my unit for contract renewal inspections every few months. The apartment complex was quiet when I lived there too and I never had any maintenance issues. 5) My ESA cat was allowed into my unit so long as I provided a doctor's note beforehand. 6) The security deposit was only $200 & I got most of that back upon moving out. The only bad thing about the complex is you can't pay rent online so you have to get a cashier's check every month. Utilities were with Rocky Mountain Power which varied from $35-$70/month depending on the season. But overall, I liked the complex a lot. I only moved out to get a 2-bedroom with my bf, but I definitely recommend living here if you're looking for a 1-bedroom."
"My 2+ years here have been really good! The management has been great! They are super responsive and understanding, and were extremely helpful with accommodating some of our requests on very short notice. Nothing but praise for the management team, to be honest. My only real complaints would be that there is no central air, and there doesn't seem to be any policy on smoking, and we had a few neighbors that would smoke regularly. Even with my aversion to heat and smoke, for the price we paid, it was well worth it."
"I've lived here for about two years and had little to no problems. Management was great and has taken good care of me since I have been here. They were communitive and responsive when it came to questions or concerns. When I needed anything fixed in the apartment they were very quick to have someone take a look, sometimes same day. For the space, the price is honestly really great. Best I have seen in the area. As a single young women it worked perfectly. The only reason I am moving is because my partner and I want to find a bigger place together. I will recommend legacy for singles/couples every time! I hope move-out goes just as well as move-in."
"Decent apartments for a reasonable price. Cons: * The radiant heat is effective but does little to mix the air so it gets stuffy. * It’s inconvenient not having your own washer and dryer, not to mention going to the bank to get change to use the machines they have. * The neighbors smoking (and being allowed to smoke) inside their apartment renders your balcony useless unless you don’t mind the cigarette smell. Pros: * The price. As of 2020, they charged $875 for their largest apartment, which compared to other places was actually significantly less. * Nothing broke or needed repairs. Seriously, it’s super annoying having to contact maintenance every month to fix something, so it’s worth noting that everything generally worked at Legacy Court and did not need repair. *Clean. The apartments are well cared for and kept clean. * Ample storage and living space. * Generally safe and quiet environment. Overall, these are genuinely decent apartments that are well worth considering, especially for the price."
