"So they require 200 dollars to save the apartment. I was trying to help my mom so I paid that fee with my debit card. After we looked at the dusty apartment, I know I’m a fool and should have looked before I paid the money, my mom didn’t get approved. So they said they would be sending a check to expect it in two weeks. I never got the check. so I called the apartments office again. Then they told me how it’s getting sent to a whole other persons address. And in a whole other persons name! And they are sorry because they could have just put the money back on my debit card. And because you’ll never see your money again ! . And if your broke like me every dollar counts so if it’s your last dollar don’t put it in here. Also no number to talk to corporate or any manager. Also this happened about 2 months ago. Can’t get a proper reply out of anyone. I can see why the place is so run down."

"Tons of glass shards in the playground. Found a 2 inch piece of copper pipe as well. When I asked the office if we could get it cleaned up, I was told “we just don’t have the man hours to sweep through it”. So I borrowed a rake from maintenance and did it myself"

"LIVED HERE FOR 10 YEARS. The place has gone downhill since I started living their homeless encampments have started making there way in the area. Most people were okay, definitely some shady characters. - Had a drugged out lady try to break into my apt when my wife went to take the trash out. I stopped her at the door, said she was looking for a guy named "sneaky" - Two kids started a fire under the stairwell in my apartment building. I talked to the parents, and called the office. Office didn't evict them. I should've called the cops. - When I was out for a stroll with my family, watched a drugged up homeless guy sharpening his knife on the curb. - Almost got hit by two cars speeding in that area. Office doesn't care. - Dudes pitbull scuffed up my friends poodle. I told the guy to leash his dog and he instead stared me down and said "wassup" - Seen a dude smoking meth in the parking lot - Multiple people living in 1 bedrooms - Homeless digging in the trash regularly. Policy is to replace carpet after a tenant lives there for 2 years. -After living there for 9 years, I asked for new carpet when I re-signed the lease. Kelly (the manager) wouldn't do it. -When you move out they charge you a carpet cleaning fee, even if they replace the carpet. They are super petty with the gate remotes. Those gates are a pain sometimes. POSITIVES -Maintenance was really cool, they were always on top of fixing stuff and good about cleaning up the property. -It's close to the freeway. -It's gated -Next to trax It used to be cheaper than other apartments, but not anymore. Might as well live somewhere nicer."

"UNSAFE, DO NOT LIVE HERE. This was my home for 1 whole year. And I could sum it up in just the first 5 mins of me living there. We chose to live here because it was in our budget, however if we could go back and prevent that we would in a heartbeat. -Most of the residents are creepy and made me and my wife feel very unsafe. -The homeless have made this place their own and love living here. -All of my Amazon packages we’re stolen. -Other residents will leave animal piss on your front door and not clean it up. -Maintenance will sometimes not even pick up your trash when there’s nothing wrong with it (they’re just lazy). -Worst of all the employee Landon. LANDON IS THE WORST. I miss one payment by one day and he never called to remind me to pay the rent, but claims he did. DON’T TRUST LANDON, he’s a two face."

"I have lived here 1 1/2years and I’m loving it. The maintenance grew are always right on top of any orders submitted and the office staff are some of the nicest people. I have not had one issue while living here."
