Wasatch View Apartments

"Moved in a week ago to the brand new South Ogden apartments. The apartment hadn't been cleaned and was filthy. I had to clean it myself so I could move in. The doors were not hung correctly and the hinges are coming off. The washer and dryer were not leveled and rocked back and forth. The fridge had not been leveled and rocked back and forth. The screen door was not put on correctly and does not close or slide properly. Paint and glue spots on the floor. Last night I woke up and my ceiling was leaking from the rain. Turned on the bathroom light and it sparked and popped the breaker. Remeber that these are brand new units."

"Overall it's a pretty decent place. It doesn't look like much, but it's nice being pushed back a little hidden off of State street, and the management staff is really awesome! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good apartment with reasonable rent, something that's very hard to find in the valley."

"If you are looking to call a place home, this is your place! I enjoyed living here and have enjoyed being part of such a great community! I was impressed by the amount of room I have within the apartment. The staff (Eveline, she’s very thoughtful and caring) has been so helpful and diligent in answering all my questions. It has been an enjoyable experience all around. What I have enjoyed most is that I feel safe when I come home at night, it’s quiet and very peaceful. It’s a family friendly apartment for sure!"

"The apartments are not bad for the price that you pay. The staff is what makes this place good. when ever I had an issue with the place they were on it asap. They take good care of the people that stay there. reason for the 4 star is because the apartments are old and pretty basic. Other than that quality service!"

"The staff and community is amazing. Very peaceful and quiet at night. No loud noises or parties going on. Very clean. The staff has a cleaning lady who cleans the whole community 3 times a week. I have enjoyed living here. Been here since the middle of May 2016."
