"I picked thus hotel because of the benefits of being a choice hotels member. The price was very agreeable and the location is convenient. There's two floors to this hotel but no elevator. So you'll have to let them know that you need a room on the first floor"

"Dropped off a client to stay for a couple of nights versus being homeless. It's a place with a roof and ac, although it wasn't turned on in the room, so the room was sweltering hot when we stepped in to check it out. The bed seemed nice, the room had a microwave and seemed to have been recently updated. The area is notorious for crime though due to a local shelter who doesn't allow them inside during the day."

"Hotel staff was rude and could barely understand them. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival had to wait hours. Room was still gross after it had been “cleaned”. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Black spots on the carpet. The pool was dirty! Only two camp chairs and a broken chair to sit on. Trash everywhere! Water smelt like sewer. Waste of money to stay here! Customer services was awful! Couldn’t have guest meet us at the hotel without being yelled at!"

"The pictures they have posted are quite a bit deceiving. The carpet in the room was pretty gross, if you walked around without shoes on the soles of your socks or feet were black within a few minutes. The "duvet" had a cigarette burn right in the middle of it. The shower head was decent, with good water pressure, but was not sealed well and sprayed out the side quite a bit right where the head attached to the pipe. All those things aside, the stay was not terrible. Checked all the usual spots for bed bugs and found nothing. The sheets were actually quite nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The few times I interacted with staff they were friendly and accommodating. It looks like they are trying to improve the place, however, that does mean you will probably wake up to construction/remodeling noises right outside your window at 8 am. Mainly giving 2 stars because of the deceit via the pictures, the gross carpet, and the cigarette burnt duvet. The rooms do not look like that, nor did the lobby."
