"Coco was a breath of fresh air. We arrived after a 5-hour mechanical breakdown on the highway. She was so nice, so welcoming, and so eager to take care of all our needs including changing rooms for us. She didn't hesitate to do everything in her power to make us comfortable. I was soaking wet upon arrival from being on the ground working on a broke down car in a pouring rain storm. It was like an old friend greeted me and took care of us with no hesitation. What a wonderful person!"

"The place is clean and all areas and rooms look modern and cozy. Good breakfast selection, although had to wait for some items as they had ran out. My one complaint is that they are frugal about towels and pillows and when I called reception to request more, they made me go down to pick them up. Good access to highways and only 40min from popular ski resorts. Good selection of stores and restaurants next to the hotel. I would certainly come again."

"It was great. The kids swam every day. The pool was heated. Breakfast was great. It had fresh fruit strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon, apples,and bananas. They all saw eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There was also a machine to make your own waffles. Several different cereals. Lots of juice or soft drink choices. They also do dinner Monday to Wednesday. Was great to have a full size Refrigerator With an ice machine built-in. The only advice is to turn your refrigerator and freezer on when you first get in the room. The rooms were spacious. Oh, and they also have pots and pans and plates and silverware in the cabinets."

"It's a nice looking hotel and kept clean but there's some weird things going on here. First of all when you ask someone at the front to take care of something that needs to be fixed it does not happen. There were missing cups from the workout room as well as sanitation wipes and they never fix them and replace them. Even days later. The hot tub didn't work, there were no towels outside near the pool or hot tub. They had family sitting around with breakfast area every day that do not seem like they belong there. Couldn't tell if they were all living at the hotel or just telling their family to come there every morning while they work. Just strange stuff that should not be happening from a high-end hotel."

"I love this hotel! Great location with lots of food options. The staff here are amazing and have great customer service. They recently remodeled the hotel and it has a very clean and classy look to it while still also having the homey vibe. It’s truly a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here!"
