"Over a month ago I spoke to management (Astrid) and Jordan and also Wasatch Properties asking when will the "call box" be fixed ? Both parties told me "they are working on it" I know this problem is not rocket science, but please, over 1 month later it is still not fixed and you can raise my rent almost $50.00 a month. Also the maintenance person has a problem with cleaning the inside of this building. He cleans a little here and a little there. I've lived here for 10 years and for the first 5 years. maintenance kept the inside and outside spotless always. Things have slowly gone down hill with management/maintenance. I wish Clark Hunt was still here as he kept everything in perfect order."
