"The onsite manager is friendly and does a good job. I've lived here for 15 years. The owners on the other hand NOT SO MUCH. Kier corporation makes the tenants pay for some maintenance and at the same time won't even put in new light bulbs in the breezeway and parking spots when they burn out. My building hasn't had lights in the covered parking for over a year. I don't see how kier wants the tenants to care when clearly they don't! If I could afford to move I would. Think twice before applying here."

"The apartments are nice inside and out, my kids love to play outside so it's great that they always have the grass cut! Management is 100 times better now compared to what I've heard it was like in the past and I've been living here for 3 almost 4 years and haven't had any issues. The manager Kim is really nice and helpful and almost always in her office so that makes life a lot easier knowing she's available when I need her. I'd recommend Stonehedge 3 apartments!"

"Worst management I have ever seen for a apartment complex. They never do anything you ask them to fix when its included in the lease and have bad attitudes when you talk to them. For it being under government homes they should really reconsider who they hire to represent them. Because they look down on the people that live there."
