"This overall 1 month in has been a great place to live. There have been hiccups such as a leaking kitchen sink causing massive water damage and a full mold check. But they did the necessary things when something went awry which is what is needed in an apartment complex. Kayla the manager is thoughtful and kind. Things can be misunderstood with office staff but is generally great at ensuring information is properly relayed. No where is perfect this complex is definitely not perfect but neither will anything be perfect. We love the parking options with our garage and designated spot. Free parking is somewhat limited but overall if you work odd shifts parking is always available first come first serve. We love the ability to grow in our new apartment thank you Pinnacle Highbury for allowing us to call this place home."

"I’ve been living here for nearly 3 months now and it’s a nightmare from hell. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live don’t come here. People are loud all hours of the night playing basketball at midnight on the court screaming yelling. Then the walls are paper thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor stomp on the floor all day and night. If you want to have visitors there is never any parking so don’t even try it. Upon only a month of living here the apartment was falling apart bad plumbing , clogged toilets and sinks, brown water and even our fridge did not work. Not a very nice place to live."

"Management here is awful. Me and my roommate were accused multiple times of leaving trash outside OUR OWN DOOR! Who is stupid enough to do that? I was also towed just because I forgot to hang my parking tag on my mirror. Even though they had my license plate and vehicle description in their database, but I guess they don’t check that in any way. So why even ask for that info in the first place? Add on top of that the fact that there’s not even enough parking for tenants to begin with, and it made living here very frustrating. Not remotely worth the eye watering rent. Avoid Greystar at all costs! They are far too eager to antagonize their own tenants."

"I just recently moved in and the apartment itself is nice. However, on move in we were just handed the keys and were given no explanation of parking or how to access resident amenities.The cable that we have to buy in combination with internet also doesn't work no matter how many times we've tried. In the few months I've lived here the area is riddled in dog poop and unpleasant to walk in because of that."
