"Korra is absolutely amazing guests never want for anything she has an amazing attitude and attention to detail. A very horrible Manager named Bryan removed us from our unit 2 days early with the excuse of double booking of which made no sense that we would have to leavr with no refund of the days we paid for we packed up and cleanrf our room went downstairs and sat in yhe lobby at this time Brian had a woman that did not work for the company overseeing the front desk he disappeared up yhe elevator after 10 mins my husband weny bck to the room as he had forgotten his phone charger and upon opening the door a huge wave of heroin aroma hit him and siting on yhe bed was yhe manager brian smoking heroin. We reported to corp but haven't heard back. When Brian screwed upour account Korra was the only one willing to fight for her customers she's beautiful model of leadership"
"I rarely post a negative review. But this time, it was absolutely necessary! And after reading the other complaints - Corporate, sincerely, save the keystrokes. Please do not bother with your vapid lip service. The first night the front desk person attempted to check us in, I was concerned. She was easily distracted, slurred speech, unable to complete her sentences, forgetting what she was saying mid-sentenced, staggered about and barely able to hold herself upright. Thinking maybe she was having a diabetic crash. I asked her co-worker if she needed help. I went back later to see if she was ok and whether 911 should be called. Her co-workers said she had gone home; they seemed more embarrassed than concerned. The next morning when we checked out she was back. Still looking blurry-eyed, slack-jawed, speaking with slurred speech, and leaning heavily on the computer. Drug or alcohol problem, or is their manager over-working their people that hard? Other things I noticed: Extra pillows were unavailable upon request; copious cigarette butts and other bits of trash littered the outside entrance to the lobby; individuals hanging around that looked suspiciously like transients - Both of my young ladies stayed together or had me as an escort if they wanted to leave their rooms. The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free; one of my ladies room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that it started me coughing. The one good thing our other rooms appeared to be clean and the bathrooms were stocked accordingly. Someone took pride in their job - corporate should consider finding that individual and putting them at the front desk! As a whole, the experience was uncomfortable and my group felt unsafe. Surprising, as the neighborhood seemed so nice!"
"I want to rate this hotel at five stars so badly but with the type of staff they have working there with no management or supervision. I cannot housekeeping just ruined it for me. Besides the bathtub being disgusting dirty still smelling my dog and the room smelling like dog everything else is fine I guess"
"I travel regularly with my wife and for my work and found this location to be far and away dirtier and in a greater state of disrepair than any other hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival we found the lobby to have large clumps of dirt and debris on the floor. We could immediately smell that it wasn’t clean. I had to double check with reception to make sure it was indeed a non-smoking hotel due to the abundance of cigarette and marijuana smoke we noticed throughout our stay. We heard staff talking about the various guests who they knew were smoking in their rooms. On a couple occasion we needed new keys since the room keys seemed to deprogram frequently. On every occasion the staff didn’t verify that the room we were telling them, was indeed our room. We even had a staff member open our room which his key, when ours didn't work, and did so without verification. All areas we encountered were filthy, including floors, walls, elevators and this applied to common areas and our room. the bedding/towels were the exception, I found it to be reasonably clean. It appears this location had almost entirely rented out to construction crews, in the area for long-term stays. This may have contributed to the condition we encountered. Each evening and throughout the stay there seemed to be behavior and traffic that seemed to be drug related. In our room, it was clear that the floor had not been mopped, a quick wipe of the floor with towel rendered near black."
"I've stayed here a few times in the past with my most recent being a week ago since it was the least expensive hotel that's closest to one of the dance halls I like to hit up when im in the area. I did feel that the rate was a bit pricey for the quality of the hotel this was & feel that the price should be half of what it was. The room was okay but nothing fancy. I did notice when I was here last that it seemed like there were a fair number of people in the lobby area both when I checked in and when I checked out that seemed to not speak any English plus I did notice a few homeless people in the neighborhood of this hotel which never was an issue till this last time I stayed here. I will say though that the dude that was working the lobby when I checked in seemed cool and friendly"
