"I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City West Valley, and my experience was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the rooms were modern and comfortable, with a bed that was absolute heaven to sleep in. The bathroom was also spotless, with a fresh and clean scent that made me feel revitalized. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they were unable to resolve any of the issues we brought to their attention. From a minor problem with the room key to a more serious concern with the air conditioning, the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. Despite the modern and comfortable rooms, the lack of customer service made our stay a disappointing one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming experience. While the rooms were nice, the unfriendly staff made our stay a stressful and frustrating one."

"We stayed 7 nights in the hotel. Rooms were nice but room service was horrible. Some of the staff is friendly but some don’t want to have any interactions with the guests. We asked for room service 4 time but rooms didn’t get cleaned."

"Nice hotel with very easy access to the airport. This is in a good area with lots of restaurants to choose from. They have a good gym for a hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the highway. I always request the side facing the mall as the highway is loud all night. The mall side is quiet and provides excellent rest. The beds are comfortable the property is clean and it always feels well staffed. The staff seems knowledgeable and well trained. This is my go to hotel when flying in or out of Salt Lake City."
