"Erin Hills Apartments is a beautiful new construction building! The inside of the apartment are beautifully constructed, clean white finishes and defiantly a beautiful place to call home! There is still construction being done but will be so so beautiful once it is completed!"

"Please do not rent here. These photos illustrate what your daily welcoming home will look like. And what your family and friends will see when visiting. It’s embarrassing. It’s the worst community/construction site I’ve seen. This community is not only disgusting, it is unsafe! Especially for children and pets! There are rusty nails and metal shards everywhere! My neighbors and I try to pick up dangerous items in the grass when we take our dogs out. Save your money and protect your family and look somewhere else. Here, you’ll be paying for homes that leak, pipes that freeze, potentially tetanus, new tires from the nails, a disgusting and unsafe community, and no amenities. I have attached a photo of the “playground”. There is also no lighting in the pickleball court so you’ll have to provide your own lighting after sundown."

"I am a homeowner at Erin Hills! I have lived at Erin Hills since August 2022. This is not an apartment/leasing community! Even though it is now being marketed as an apartment/leasing community! Don’t let the lies from the leasing office fool you! These issue below are from the beginning of the build and throughout the entire build and can be found in almost every unit! Take a drive by our community notice that the entire construction is at a standstill! That is because subcontractors haven’t been paid! There are construction liens on at least half of the buildings! Why would anyone willing want to live in a mess like this? We have an HOA. These homes have so many build issues that have been dismissed by the builder, general contractor, developer, agent and HOA. Full Disclosure: 1: If you rent a rooftop home, know that the first floor is 10-20 degrees colder than the thermostat. You will be told to run a space heater 24/7 to resolve this issue! 2: The quality of the finish work is completely unacceptable! From leaking roofs, backsplash cracking, no seals around the windows, uneven floors, squeaky floors, freezing pipes and I can go on and on… however I will just add the photos/videos! 3- The HOA is not responsive to meeting with the homeowners! The grounds are not kept well. Landscaping and snow removal are not completed in a timely manner or snow removal is sometimes completed on the steps and sometimes not! Just depends on the day and the landscaping company. The landscaping company has damaged and continues to damage the concrete in and around the community. 4- Parking around the community is only designated to individual lots and visitor parking and others are towed! 5- Getting the warranty company to come out and fix anything, is almost impossible for most homeowners!
