Pine Valley Apartments

"11/18/2019 -We have been here for 6 months and we are still very happy!! Shauna and Rob are still great AND the maintenance team here are THE BEST! Anytime that there is a maintenance issue that comes up Chad and Mike are on top of it plus they are super nice guys!! Seriously people, do yourself a favor and live here! Moved in yesterday. Minor esthetic issues, missing light switch and electrical plug plates. No base boards in the master bedroom. Overall though, great! I am happy with my place and the vibe of the neighborhood. I still love living at Pine Valley. Located close to shopping and restaurants. Shauna and Rob are great!! All of our neighbors are pretty awesome too!"

"We moved in here April 11th. We love it so far, management is amazing and very kind and understanding. We couldnt have picked a better place. Its quiet and not crazy like most apartment complexes. We love it❤"

"I called and spoke to Will on the 1st told him I have a clogged/leaking kitchen sink. I was told he would send someone out the same day after I told him I didn't want to wait a month like last time.. it's the 12th havnt heard from anyone!! The time before i had to call 3x ... Now I can see why they brib their tenants with gift card to leave good reviews.. please fix my problem!!"

"The Management that took over the apartment complex doesn't returnvoicemails when you leave them and ask for a call back. Have had a cracked bedroom window caused by the landscapers they hired and has not been fixed for a month and has been spreading out worse. Left multiple voicemails and no response back from Management. Took them over two months to fix a hole they cut into my apartment wall to switch out circuit they had planned."

"The management is really friendly. They have worked with me when I've needed it. It's quiet and it's pleasant to live here. I haven't had any complaints about my apartment. It's been nice."
