"Stayed here for a birthday weekend and our King suite was so nice! Loved the room, loved the yummy breakfast and also loved the reception hour. Free drinks & snacks were so good. Would definitely recommend."

"Ahh I was hoping to give them a 5 star as I feel like they deserved it. There were however a few things that caused only 3. The rooms are incredible and the service was great! Free parking was a plus and location is perfect!! They have an excellent breakfast and have some gluten free options as well as milk alternatives. Some gluten free bread would be incredible. They also put the side table of teas and coffee away after breakfast and think it would be great to leave out. Few issues we had; the first breakfast we had there on Sunday December 31, the lady making the omelettes was sick. She was coughing and sneezing while making them. Coincidence or not but I am not super sick with a cough and fever 3 days later. We had mold in our bathroom. There was a lady cleaning the floors after breakfast and we walked toward the elevator and she was yelling at us in another language to move. Which I get that she was cleaning the floor but we are the guests and if we accidentally walk on the mopped floor, sorry. No need to yell at us. Lastly, the shower in our room. It was a misty shower which my hubby said he didn’t mind but ever shower my hair was soaked and the water would leak out the door (image/video attached) Otherwise would definitely recommend them and would return if we are in the area again."

"I was sadly disappointed at my stay I was there to visit a friend from out of town. Upon my Arrival i asked a very simple question. The person at the front desk was less than cordial in fact, quite rude. I was treated as if I was a shoplifter with intrusive questions and was followed almost escorted to my friends room. I personally feel as if the staff needs a lesson in customer service to say the least. I have always been under the impression that when you get to a nice hotel, you were to be treated with respect and the next best thing to home that it was not. I felt Like a second class citizen. I don't know about anyone else's experience. I hope it was not at all like mine. I'm disappointed in the embassy suites. To be honest, I would rather sleep in my car Then be treated but I don't belong."

"My husband and I stayed here for a little honeymoon/getaway. Staff was SO nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. They have free breakfast with made to order omelettes. They also give each guest 2 free drinks per night at the evening reception. I definitely recommend staying here! They also have a pool and hot tub."
