"My key stopped working☠️ aslo its a great idea if my dryer vent was outside so it cant get hot inside thats why hidden pointe apartments are better because it has a dryer vent outside so its cant get hot in the apartment"

"The management here is 5 star to me. I’ve never met management that actually cared until here. The old management didn’t care, but the new management does. They did everything they could to help fix issues I brought to them. I didn’t have a perfect stay here, but that’s not the fault of management. Bad neighbors are hard to get rid of. But I would definitely recommend this place to people for the service provided by the management. They can’t fix everything, but they will try hard to help with the resources they have."

"Have lived here for 3 years and they are at best average in the office. Maintenance crew has been awesome though."

"Don't waste your time here. They never get back to you or return calls or emails. They always have a sign on their door saying they will return and a specific hour. Tried getting a place here and they have horrible communication. Got approved on credit she said they would have an apartment available at the end off August and they never got back to me. Wasted 40 dollers on an application fee for nothing. They don't need you as a renter so they could give a care less."
