"Rosa was amazing, very helpful and kind , she helped us through the whole process to get the apartment."
"Good at first then they start making you pay for things not in your contact I wouldn't rent there"
"Very poor apartments. Nothing is ever fixed! They took out the laundry room. Complain about people smoking outside (but not allowed to smoke in your apartment) they allow big and violent dogs to roam free. Dog poop everywhere! People are rude with base there music to vibrate whole apartments, screaming kids everywhere!"
"I am very impressed with the customer service I have received at Tesota Midtown. The leasing agent, I think her name is Monica, has been very welcoming and patient with me. It is my first time renting and I had a lot of questions and in my opinion she has gone above and beyond! I highly recommend if you you are looking for a place where the staff cares and the property is beautiful!"
"This place is hands-down one of the most incompetent and misleading places in the market. Never, ever, move here. I've lived here for over a year, with another year contract to finish, and these are my experiences: When I moved in, I was promised a move in date, and a move in ready apartment. The date was changed three times, and the apartment was not ready. The bathtub has never worked correctly, nor has the AC. Both of these things I've called repeatedly about, and both of them have been "attempted" to be fixed; nothing was ever accomplished. The AC still sounds like a broken lawn mower, the bathtub still doesn't fully go between shower and tub faucet. The laundry room is NOT 24 hours, the app- only locks they have constantly run out of battery, which has locked me out of my apartment on two occasions. The 'emergency maintenance' is a joke; it's an unrelated call center that 'forwards a message' to the on-call maintenance, which never responds. This lead me to being locked out for 2 hours. The office rarely, if ever, responds to calls or emails; I've been paying a 'car port' charge for months, with several emails to them asking why, as I do not, and did not, opt for one. There is a CONSTANT stream of vagrants in the parking lot, and by the buildings. It is by no means safe or secure; the gates don't even close. The office manager is about as rude as can be, more often talking over you than finding anything useful or helpful to say. The fridge is a 3/4 fridge, because they are cheap. The wall paint is generally chipped, the entire place is always covered in garbage. One of the absolute worst places I've ever lived, with having lived in over 8 different places in this city."
