The June

"Me and my wife lived in Hunter's Ridge (now The June, old habits) for a bit over three years during graduate school. The property went through a few managers over that time. Some good. Some abysmal. We were worried when the sale to Greystar happened. We were pleasantly surprised. They've actually been by far the best management to own the property. Maintenance requests are delt with quickly. They're very responsive. They have invested a ton into fixing many things, such as walkways, fences, parking lots, etc that the old ownership neglected. In general, they put a ton of work into a good faith effort to manage the property properly. We moved out because we could afford a house post graduate school. Also, the location is a mixed blessing. It's a quick and relatively safe bike ride to Kirkland Air Force Base if you work there like I do, and having Sprouts across the street is great. But there is also a good deal of crime and violence around. Not something the property can control, and they do have security patrols to do what they can, but it's worth being aware of. Overall, I think it's a great option if you're OK with the neighborhood. There are a great many places in Albuquerque that are much worse."

"It a nice place but when things fail the residents that have been here a while kinda get shafted when it comes to getting things repaired. The staff and maintenance crew have been more than accommodating and are super friendly and awesome. Just trying to get certain things done sometimes is like hearding cats in a rain storm."

"Getting better everyday! Singing Arrow Community Center is directly beside Hunter Ridge Apartment Homes, which is extremely convenient for those who like to workout inexpensively. The staff is working diligently to improve the residents experiences. They’re doing a great JOB!"

"I have lived here for 2 years and in the 2 months new management has come aboard I have seen so many positive changes. The maintenance team is here everyday. They pick up all the trash, have had the landscapers cutting trees and overgrown bushes and have repaired items in my home the same day. The last management team would take months. I am excited to finally see some changes happening and they told me they are just getting started."
