"I would have to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had I have stayed here for at least 3 years visiting family. I had my granddaughter check me while I was in the car everytime I have stayed here. And the front staff would not let that happen they were so rude and I would have to say I have never been treated like this every I am very disappointed. I would like to speak to some kind of management about this because this was not expectable. In any way. Randy was helping us and we kept seeing the whites of his eyes as he kept rolling them at me. So I would love to see some improvement because what that heck is this service. I am very unhappy and I will not be staying here again and I will never recommend this to anyone. Doesn't even deserve 1 star that's too many stars."

"Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Convenient to everything. They offer a shuttle either to and from the airport, or they can pick you up at the car rental after you drop off you car, and bring you to the airport."

"I will not lie but I did love this hotel. It was super clean and comfy. Especially since I was in Albuquerque for a health procedure. Sadly when we were supposed to check out we needed to stay again due to a Dr. appt to make sure I was clear to go home. When we called to make the reservation for one more day I asked for the same room we were staying because I left a very memorable and meaningful necklace my grandmother gave me before she passed away. We asked the front desk and they “asked” their housekeepers. Sadly they “did not have it or take it”. My heart was torn and I just wanted it back. I didn’t care if they did take it and give it back, but it’s not like someone else got the room and was able to take it. I just wish they would have been honest into giving me my necklace back…"

"UPDATE: Spoke to mgmt this morning and they are looking into our room. To be clear there were not any bed bugs. Out of precaution, I check all hotels no matter where I stay. Those were crumbs/dirt or something, but they were not bed bugs. We needed a quick hotel to sleep for a few hours on our road trip. Got in at 2am and this is the mattress in our room. I found this because I always check for bed bugs. This is unacceptable and just gross. We will not be staying here again. We have zero tolerance for dirty rooms."

"I can not thank the staff at this hotel enough for going above and beyond to find, turn in and mail our bag of jewelry that we had accidentally left when we stayed here for a night while traveling across country. We had our wedding bands, all of our wedding jewelry and sentimental family valuables in this bag. There’s not enough words to express how incredibly grateful my fiancé and I are to the honest, friendly people and workers here that worked with us over the phone to get it back to us quickly."
