Sleep Inn Airport

"I have literally lived here for two weeks as my company put me up here for that time. I had to bring my dog/bodyguard Oso as well I have had nothing less than a fantastic experience here. Anything I requested was accommodated. The pet deposit is very low. The breakfast every morning is the same thing the 3 star hotels nearby serve. Lots of choice for breakfast The housekeeping staff does an absolutely amazing job. Cleanliness is 5 stars. Thr place may not have brand new high end TV’s and a few other things, but it was never an issue. Housekeeping, in particular Brenda, are very professional and helpful , they seriously need a raise and are the main reason why I’ll definitely be staying here should I find myself in Albuquerque again. Plus it will be super easy on my wallet."

"Public ALERT!!! HEALTH HAZARD!!! Room 317 still have bedbugs on it! I just saw a review from 01/06/2024 with the same issue. I found bedbugs at 4am, under the pillows, quickly took my stuff and fled the hotel. Although i alerted the front desk attendant and currently working on a reimbursement. Never again am i staying at this place. I'd much rather sleep in my car."

"I chose this location do to distance for work while I was in town from Phx Az. I asked for first floor when checking in and was told NO as due to my check in time I was next to be placed on the 2nd floor. After checking in they put me in room 207 I had booked and paid for 5 days. When arriving at my room it was stuffy, hot and smelled stale. So I opened the window to air the room out. The floor was lifting so I kept catching my foot on the floor and cut my foot open. The toilet would not stop running I had to turn the water off to it at night to sleep. The shower water no pressure took forever to get the shampoos out of my hair. Oh and the TV.... Direct TV would not stay connected, I believe I had TV maybe 1 full night over the 5 days. Thank God I took my chrome book so I could watch Netflix. Yes I did ask to move rooms twice and was told all rooms where taken, I asked for them to look at the TV and was told nothing they could do because it was the weather causing it they had 2 other complaints (out of how many rooms) whatever. When I asked for room service they stated normally with a extended stay they could bring me sheets and I could change the bed if I wanted. When I asked them if u could get my money back and move hotels they stated I would have to go thru Expedia as I booked thru a 3rd party site. So this was the worst stay ever.... Do not stay in this hotel."

"We love the location and cleanliness of the hotel it is kid friendly and a great value. They have a full breakfast and snack bar. Also Close to Smith grocery store fast food and family restaurants and bars. Close to the air port and they have a shuttle. There is a business center. As well as a heated pool and jacuzzi for all year access. The staff is super friendly especially steph!"

"Very nice hotel! Very clean, inside and out. Staff was courteous, and took great care of my needs, from taking care of my suitcase while I waited until check in, to taking me to the airport with their free shuttle. The rooms were modern and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a pool on-site, and breakfast was great, a wide selection of food (waffle station, hot entrees, etc). They also provide a type of room service, although I chose not to order it. I will definitely return to the Sleep Inn airport if I am in the Albuquerque area again. Thanks for the great service!"
