"Room smelled moldy or something. No lamps at bedside just a giant wall to wall light over a mirrored wall. Ridiculous. Couldn’t use bathroom light without the very noisy bathroom fan on. No in room coffee or microwave. Key card works after 2-3 tries every time. Stained and holey blankets on both beds. Disgusting."
"Terrible experience. Dirty room, dirty sheets, hair on the towels, paper thin walls so you can hear basic conversations and tvs in the rooms next to you (without them being loud), plus the door was coming off its hinges so you have to lift and fiddle with it to get it to shut and the deadbolt didn't align properly. The chair in the room was broken so I had to sit on the window bench and eat. It is an unsafe and noisy area but at least there's gas and food around. I've stayed at plenty of microtels before and this is the absolute worst. Do not stay here!!!! Complaints will be made to Wyndham."
"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! It is not clean at all. Smells like smoke and weed on every floor. I had no choice but to stay here cause of vehicle breaking down for a week. First night I checked in another woman almost got into my room if I would have not chain locked the door. After she went down stairs the front desk called me and asked who it was. I told them and they said I was in the wrong room. I have the sticky note that says my room number on it plus my key card worked for it. The lady continued to argue with me. Than asked if I wanted to switch rooms. No I was settled in already. The rooms are disgusting and not cleaned. Plus they charged me saying I stole batteries out of a remote. Seriously? I have nothing that runs on batteries with me. $15 dollars for 2 AA Batteries from the remote. When checking out the lady is never at the front desk. I ring the bell and she ignores me."
"Rooms are as clean as you would expect from a hotel. Service was very good. The lady's I spoke with were helpful from the start. I noticed a late night staff, was also pretty loud through the whole night in the rooms next to me. Location is very satisfying with the gated parking, and a gated dog park is always calming."
"It was easy to get to following our route but I’d go out of my way to NOT stay there if I was in the area again. Filthy beds (I had to have new sheet sets delivered to the room), smelled like cigarettes, tub wouldn’t drain, hairdryer cord had to be wiggled in order to work, continental breakfast was a joke…….no coffee until 8:30am."
