"I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The office staff gets turned over every 6 months and it some how manages to get worse every time. Aside from the issues we deal with daily like water shutoffs for repair, dog feces anywhere there is grass, trash piling up around the dumpsters and vehicle break ins, the front office should not be the worst of residents concerns, yet they find a way. The new property manager is abrasive and childish. When she left our discussion she proceeded to mock our convo with her peers and say I needed to take responsibility for my actions even though their system was the reason we had any issues to begin with. Poor leadership. Spend your money elsewhere."

"The overall neglect of maintenance has resulted in persistent issues, from the leaky roof to the hot water not working, making daily life inconvenient. Requests for repairs seem to fall on deaf ears, leaving residents to cope with subpar living conditions. Additionally, the lax security measures contribute to a sense of vulnerability, with little effort made to address concerns or enhance the safety of the community. It's disheartening that the management doesn't prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. Do not recommended at all! Would give zeros stars if I could."

"They are currently illegally withholding a security deposit since they did not bother providing a statement of damages within the required 30 days. They will refer you to talk to corporate, who does not pick up, and threaten collections for damages they themselves did not bother to notify you of within the legally set time-frame. I will update this review if proper procedures are followed & our deposit returned."

"I will say it is a nice quiet place to live, apartment is spacious but once you need something done as far as maintenance expect it to take literally months! Nothing in my apartment was working right when I moved in. Since April I have had an open request and they will not do it. They come up with excuse after excuse. The complete staff is so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. There is not one person in there who cares or has any full knowledge of what is going on. The pools were always dirty and green regardless of them supposed to be cleaned on Mondays."
