"Stayed for a few nights while exploring Albuquerque. It is close to the airport and within a half hour drive of all the attractions and experiences we had planned. The bathrooms are in the bedroom, so it isn’t the best floor plan for families. Pillows were the worst disallowing me from getting any good sleep during our stay. Had to visit a target for sleep aids to support some sleep. Breakfast was included and was average hotel hot breakfast."
"The room was nice, the service was like typical hotel, the location was fine. 1 gripe tho the shower was a bit crusty. Not gross crusty but old crusty. The shower curtain needed to be replaced and the shower head had calcium build up. Other than that not bad."
"TRAVELER BEWARE, fraudulent charges post check out. Booked 2 bedroom suite. Did not receive my diamond member amenities, breakfast lacking and closed earlier than scheduled, pool and spa nasty, Rooms dirty, not stocked appropriately with towels and supplies. No tv in 2nd bedroom and temperature control throughout room was not working correctly, phone in room not even connected to wall with a cord. Electronic keys malfunction and won’t open outside doors and struggles with room door as well. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff and management personnel. I am an avid traveler and have NEVER experienced such poor hospitality at a Hilton hotel. I had to report fraud on my honors account American Express card due to charges posted to my account post checkout. Not listed on my receipt nor contacted for approval. When calling in for resolution once aware of charges, front desk and manager not willing to resolve issue or explain why they happened. I was told on two separate occasions I would receive call back with explanation on charges and no follow through happened, nothing even noted on the account of why these charges were made, over 245$ of post check out charges made to my card after a legitimate $951 correct billing stay. I had to report charges as fraud to receive a resolution from American Express. Please beware of staying at this establishment, there is something shady with them and if you have a card saved on your account they may over charge you for unexplainable things post check out and not provide amenities as advertised or expected even with larger suite rooms. What a-shame to take advantage of a loyal Hilton Diamond member. You make Hilton look bad and leave a horrible impression on their reputation."
"Upfront: Rooms are typical and clean. No problems on that end or during the stay. My problems occurred during the billing and resolution of said problems. There was some difficulty in splitting my room charges between two different cards. They also mixed up and put another group (who was travelling with us) on my card as well. This began a process of multiple charge/refund processes that caused some latent charges to slip through the folio for my own room and get stuck on the card without any easy to find charge on the hotel's end. It took 8-9 weeks of continuously calling the hotel to get some sort of resolution (arguably, there was a manager change in between but that amount of time is unacceptable and the resolution was just a "there isn't a problem on our end" response). In the end I never heard back from a manager and a front desk agent had to assist me. They were unable to find the charges which were on my card and ultimately recommended I get the credit card company to dispute the charges as a resolution to the process. I am nonplussed about the whole process and I would think twice and seek out other accommodations before staying here again because of these issues. My issues remain with the management at this hotel. The front desk agents I spoke with did what they could to resolve my issues and were friendly and helpful for where they could help."
"So my family and I just finished up a 7 day stay here. The room we stayed in was clean and nice, if you want service on your room, towels, sheets, empty trash you must request. Great breakfast served every morning included with your stay, and yes it's a full breakfast not just muffins and bread. The lady that works it does a great job so tip her well. The pool and jacuzzi ARE NOT heated, so unless it's hot outside or you can handle cold water don't do it. The gym is great, definitely worth using. The cable went out the last two days we stayed and no one could explain why or when it would be fixed again. Guess the lobby and rooms have different systems because the lobby is working fine. And lastly there's one lady working the front desk who was amazing, best customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, she was the most help while we were here, her name is Angela, thank you again so much."
