"We like living here and have made our apartment our home the previous management was very nice but not always as organized as she should be. I didn't know how good we had it we now have a new apartment manager I was already sent one message saying they don't have any record of my apartment insurance which I've had since day one and secondly I came home today and on our door was a notice that I had not paid the rent and in 3 days we would be evicted if we didn't give them a cashier's check It was actually cashed by them on September 1st. extremely irritating I left a very direct message on the phone and I will be at the apartment tomorrow morning when they arrive. All of a sudden they're acting very big time when they're not"
"I don't know what these last reviews are whining about. I lived in Panorama Heights for 2+ years and I loved it there, did have a management change but both ladies were amazing and helped us in anyway we needed. Like ALL properties there are some faults and that is expected, there is 1 office person and 1 maintenance man what do you expect the Ritz Carlton? Come live off Montgomery and Carlisle and see what true ghetto apartment living is!! Yes I did leave due to unforeseen circumstances with family but I would have stayed there for years cause I liked it so much."
"If you can avoid renting here please do! Save yourself the headache beforehand. The air conditioning doesn't get turned on until mid summer when its already very hot, so if you want to spend extra money on fans, be my guest. Also, once it is on it doesn't blow hard enough to feel the air, so we would have to sleep with it on in order for it to be cool in the apartment by noon when it gets hot the next day. The heater doesn't get turned on until its ubearingly cold. I have an infant and called the office today to see if I could get my pilot lit for my heater and was told "we're gonna wait 2 more days and see what the weather is like" "if we do it for you we have to do it for everyone" what!? I get it if everyone was complaining, but they're not, cause most of them aren't stay at home parents with little babies. I have lived here for 2 years and have seen roaches multiple times and have always had to spend extra money on pest control stuff to get them out. After the 1st year of living here we resigned the lease (stupid, I know. Learn from my mistakes) and it went up $20. Originally, we wanted to sign for just 6 months but were told every time you resign with them your rent goes up $20. Well being that I didn't know where I'd be in 6 months I signed another year.. it sounded dumb, but I was pregnant at the time so had to do what we had to do. The restroom is poorly fixed for new tenants. The floor had a little dip in it which I'm assuming was from water damage, so I was concerned that something bad would result in that, but was told "I wouldn't be renting it if it weren't safe". The caulking is done horrible. The tiles in the shower are starting to separate from the wall from showering, obviously. Another problem is the parking, when you move in you're "assigned" a parking spot, but if someone is parked in your spot its your responsibility to handle it, that just doesn't make sense to me. If you don't have a parking or have more than one car, expect to park in the street. On that note, I hope you have insurance 'cause on a curvy road like the one the apartments are on, your car will be involved in a hit and run, I've seen it happen a few times. I have about 20 days left.. I will be updating if needed!"
"Stephanie was hands down the best property manager we've worked with from day 1. My wife and I had a phenomenal experience when living here. We had extremely friendly and helpful neighbors along with great accommodations in the place we lived. The property took pride in cleanliness, most of which was a large attention to detail given by Stephanie. My wife and I enjoyed having a balcony with city views, along with a fireplace and skylights at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you so much for a great experience."
