"I don’t live at these apartments. I’m a resident of a nearby street. I use the bike lane primarily and have almost been hit by cars bolting out of the complex on at least 4 different occasions. Theres no speed bump or gate upon exiting so the apartment residents and their guest just aimlessly bolt out without any concern for pedestrians. I hope the complex fixes this."
"I’ve been living here for three years everybody’s apartment got updated besides mine also we were out of hot water for 45 days. They told me to pay 1/3 of the rent and I looked at my balance and it still hasn’t been taken off apartments used to be nice until new management came. They do everything half."
"Have lived here for over 9 years. If you enjoy hot showers, clean dishes or anything that involves Hot Water...this is NOT the apartment complex for you. I have had issues with my hot water going out just about every other month and it usually lasts for several days. Right now I have just completed 3 WEEKS with no hot water. New owners bought complex about three years ago and have raised the rent $100-$200 every year. Liz the local manager is nice and easy to work with, but she has no backup from the owners....they are in some other state. Use to be Utilities Included. new Management did want to be paying the utilities like the previous, but there IS only one meter/bill for each utility. So they divide the bills by the number of tenants. Which means we are paying for the office, the parking lot lights, watering the grass....all of that stuff."
"I lived there a few years back. It was a spacious apartment however it was very dated and oftentimes we did not have hot water. I moved across the street because not having hot water for 20 days out of the month was pretty bad. I've been living across the Street for 3 years now. In that time they were bought out. The new management has done little to ensure that their property looks good that's for sure. If you drive down the ambassador side all the patios have junk out on their patio. Everything from beds to bedding to just plain trash. Makes the neighborhood look ghetto. Compared to the rents in the neighborhood that place is extremely overpriced also"
