"I was shown 3 diffrent apartments to fit my needs, in diffrent parts of the complex. Glad to say i was able to choose one that suited my needs. I was approved and will be moving in next week. Great location, so close to many stores, food places and very close to my work. Admin was plesent, courtious and a pleasue to talk to, answered all my questions and concerns. They took the time to go thur many diffrent senerios with me. Very greatful."
"Been living at this place for a couple of years and it's been alright. The people in the office are super friendly and always try to help you out when they can. The amenities like the pool are pretty great too, but I think it closed too early last year when it was still really hot. Would give a higher review if there was more accessibility like parking/ramps/elevators for disabled individuals. They are working on it but it would have been nice if there was a place to wash & dry clothes when I first moved in. Maintenance is always nice and friendly and get to fixing things really fast. It would be better if there was a storage space to put things in on the balcony. Other than that pretty nice community to live at."
"I would like to preface this by including that Calero offers residents an online program that incentives them with points towards gift cards for things like good reviews online. All reviews regarding lack of able security, cohersion into signing cost rising addendums (with no estimate) mid lease, as well as what we are being told is now a year long wait from contract signage until a date will be received for the deliverance of washing and drying machines we are now paying until next summer just for the idea of having; I can all attest to. They have admitted that this is due to their negligence (not directly apologized or admitted to said negligence) that they did not read the contract fully, especially regarding the dates, before signing it. Their solution is that there are two filthy mini “laundry rooms” located on espérate sides of the building, each with only one washer and dryer in each. That your entire building is expected to share until next summer (waiting since last apparently) along with a few uninvited guests. And you are told it is your responsibility to alert that these spaces are unusable, just for them to receive a quick trash pickup and vacuum at best. They actually only recently sent out this email to everyone, regarding the laundry machines after I had been going back and forth with them trying to get some clarifications and answers and was told I was being “unproductive.” Managements general tone with anyone voicing concerns or really just voicing at all, forget just a lack of professionalism, you will be met with condescension and flat out disrespect. If you need any confirmation of that at all just take a look at their responses to other (some current) resident’s reviews here. They use Coservice which charges $6 monthly to just to calculate utility costs, $5 “unremovable” pest control fee weather you request it ever or not, and $1 “water adjustments,” $1 “gas adjustments”, $1 electricity adjustment, all monthly. As well as fully paying for trash and sewage myself, but will still be threatened with a fine of I leave a trash bag outside my door. These are not those type of apartments. Where a rule like that would make any sense at all. These are far from luxury. Greystar is somehow the biggest leasing company to take over the state but simultaneously is as deep in their own resident’s pockets. They have contracted a company who will tow your car if your tags are out of date, and if that happens, it is 100% up to you to call that company and pay over $200 (initially I believe) to figure out how to get your car back. Any lesser infraction and I believe they stick a boot on it and threaten you with a “tampering fee,” if you get it off yourself and don’t pay $75 to have it removed. Minor infractions like having a flat. Note in the email they include that the housekeeping team does “one building a week.” Which seems to suggest one day out of the week. There are at least 6 buildings I believe?"
"This was the most disappointing and disgusting apartment I have ever seen. The unit I toured had significant damages on the cabinets and ceiling. There was a hole in the wall the size of a golf ball. Filthy, dirty AC vents, patio screen door was stuck and unable to be opened. EVERY door handle in the unit had dried paint smeared on it. It looked like a toddler painted the doors with their fingers. The hallways and office building were full of leaves and trash. For the love of God, do not waste your time with this place. I wish I hadn't."
