"I have been here since June and I love it! The floors are brand new and the granite countertops are beautiful. Everything is so close and for the most part I feel safe. Also, they have pest control coming every week. The new maintenance man , Adiel, is very helpful and friendly. And if something breaks, he will have it fixed right away."

"When I first moved into this apartment complex almost 2 years ago it was a very hard place to live it was kind of unsafe it wasn't very clean but it was affordable now that we've been Under New Management the last year slowly has been getting better I feel safe me and my daughter both feel safe here there's less crime less weirdos around they have been doing stuff about the bugs they have an exterminator every week the ladies are helpful in the office I enjoy living here now. It is getting better nothing great happens overnight but I can honestly say that I feel that the management is doing everything they can to make it better for us"
