"Unfortunately, it's disheartening that resorting to a negative review is the only means to elicit a response. Regrettably, this apartment complex is under the management of an extremely inept company. Approximately two years ago, amidst a challenging transition, I applied for rental assistance, which was approved. The payment was credited to my ClickPay account. Subsequently, the property applied for a second rental assistance check on my behalf, and upon approval, it was also credited to my account. However, during a ClickPay update, the first payment was inexplicably removed. I promptly notified the management about the discrepancy, and despite assurances that the issue would be promptly addressed, it was not. I was informed that I need not make any payments for the $3,000 discrepancy due to it being an accounting error. Ebony, whom I contacted regarding the issue and provided detailed information, never responded. Instead, she essentially held me responsible for their mistake without any communication. After numerous emails and attempts to rectify the situation over a year and a half, RPM decided to apply this amount to my credit report, making me financially liable for their accounting error. Despite presenting ample proof and communication attempts, RPM proceeded with this action. I have reached out to the news and will unveil all evidence, including communications and photographic proof, to demonstrate that I am not at fault. RPM's handling of this matter is truly reprehensible. Their staff made a mistake, yet I am the one bearing the consequences. I will be reporting this FRAUD of a company to the BBB and opening a small claims case to get my money returned to me. My advice: steer clear of this place, and think twice before entrusting your hard-earned money to these unscrupulous and heartless individuals. The sole individual who demonstrated genuine willingness and put forth considerable effort to assist me was Jessica, the property manager. She was the only person who empathized with my situation and went to great lengths to compel her company to address or take action regarding my issue. It is regrettable that someone of her caliber works for a company with questionable practices, as they clearly do not deserve someone as dedicated and compassionate as Jessica on their team."
"I have lived here for two years and I just moved into a smaller unit so I could remain living here. The complex is quiet, clean, and close to everything. All units have a washer and dryer. You get a free assigned parking spot with your unit. The property manager, Jessica is very sweet and she goes the extra mile for her residents. And the maintenance guy, Gabriel, is always very nice and very professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I moved in 2 years ago, a 2bed/2bath was $1185 and that is now how much my rent is for the one bedroom I just moved into, and a 2/2 is almost $1500. Nothing about the units have changed. Nothing has been updated. The high rent just doesn't make sense. That aside, I would still recommend this place to make your home."
"I lived here for about 2 years and would've renewed my lease if my job hadn't relocated me. Over all great management. If an issue came up. Management fixed the issue quickly. Quiet/friendly neighbors and great location near everything. I'd recommend."
"Jessica took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt the move in process smoothly. Her professionalism is outstanding and others should take notes. Thank you again for welcoming me!"
"If I could rate them 0 stars I would, me and my friends have lived here since November and everything was fine until may when our A/C was supposed to be turned on, it never was turned on, we’ve been living in a 80-100 degree town house since then and no one has come over to fix it and when we try to file a maintenance form nothing ever happens. Our ac unit also has lots of exposed copper wiring which is a safety hazard. Me and my roommates literally sleep in the living room on the couches or an air mattress with 8 fans running. Paying almost 2 grand a month for a town house where we can’t even sleep in our own beds. Management and maintenance won’t do anything for you here your best bet is find somewhere else."
