"Second year of residence and moving out. The first apartments I have lived in that do not secure packages for residents. If they are stolen, management expects you to file against your rental insurance company for the loss. This is in your contract so read carefully. Also during this time, my sister's car has been broken into twice, our kitchen sink has backed up and overflowed 3 times, you can't rely on the laundry room washers and dryers to be working properly and the indoor spa hasn't worked since I've moved in. The positives are the new management team trying to build community spirit and a responsive maintenance crew."

"Very friendly I had a tour today with Lael and she was very helpful and sweet! Beautiful apartment and amazing amenities they offer! I loved the indoor pool for my 2 kids and a sauna even! Love that it feels so safe and friendly! I definitely will be moving in!"

"My partner and I moved into Los Altos Towers Apartments in the beginning of August and to say our experience thus far is amazing is an understatement. The amenities and our apartment unit itself are so beautiful! We have such beautiful views from our unit and wonderful neighbors. All of the people we've met in the complex are so lovely and welcoming. The leadership at the complex is beyond wonderful. Ary, Kaleigh, and Lael are extremely responsive and are literally always there to address any concerns, answer any questions, and put on fun events for the residents to partake in. They're so kind and it's always a pleasure talking to them. Rex, Miguel, and the rest of maintenance has responded to our maintenance requests in less than 2 days. Even then, Lael will call you to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved! One of my favorite things about the apartment complex is that the leadership honored my pet's title as an Emotional Support Animal - as certified by my doctor. It means a lot that Los Altos Towers recognizes how important my pet is to me and I can tell she LOVES our unit! From being able to spend time on the balcony with me, to running around our spacious unit. All in all, it's a great place to live with a caring leadership and loving residents!"

"Management is really great! They are all super friendly and unique personalities. There is always an event going on. They brew coffee every day and as a resident, you can go to the lobby and get a cup. They also get purified water (which I love). They were amazing and really championed for us to get in to the apartment. I love the security of this place. There is a gate to get in, then there is key gates to get on to the private lawns around the building, another keyed door for the building, and the. Your house key, of course. It is super quiet and away from main roads, and on one side is the National Guard Base, and the other is a golf course. Definitely suggest."

"I used to live here about seven years ago. It was very quiet, the way I like it. It was very secure, Security would walk and patrol all night. I know cuz I worked night shift. Then I moved back to the country and here I am again seven years later.Still with a beautiful pond, ducks and an occasional hawk eating the fish, funny what you see living on the 7 th floor lol even a random heron wading in the pond eating the fish. Beautiful trees and courtyard, upgraded apartment, indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is pretty awesome, the staff is very kind and caring Arie and Kayleigh do a great job along with maintenance. They are under new management here. I understand how difficult the transition can be. I know Arie , Kayleigh and their team will keep this place wonderful and possibly more. They do have security but I would recommend a night patrol for safety and security purposes. My husband and I love our spacious apartment, and the resident activities are a fun way to meet the neighbors. I would definitely come back."
