"I have never been more excited to write a review about something. I lived at North Park for 2 years and honestly would have lived there the rest of my life had I not grown out of the amount of space. I left because my husband were ready for a house. I'm so grateful to have had such a wonderful home for the past 2 years. I have never enjoyed living anywhere more than north park. I know the people (managers + maintenance + tenants) are what make it such a special place to live! I will never stop recommending North Park as a home. They are just the best. Reliable. kind, affordable. Most of all caring of their property and tenants. Sulma is an amazing property manager and cares about her tenants. Alex is so responsive and is always happy to help. The maintenance is top notch and speedy. Thank you North Park!"

"I’ve lived here for 6 years, staff is amazing ! I have never waited more than a day for a maintenance issue. The pool and outdoor areas are always kept clean. Safe and quiet too ! I’m going to miss this place !"

"This place was my home for two and a half years. Sara, Selma, Hector and Armando are amazing people. The staff really work hard to keep this complex looking great. They are all so friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Beautiful and quiet. "Not the best apartment I've lived in. Not the worst. It's affordable....Very thin walls, hear people drag racing down Montgomery, hear fire alarms from the school next door, and worst of all you can hear the upstairs neighbors. You can hear just about everything they do. Also if they smoke it goes through the ventilation system into your apartment. Plumbing issues. Last apartment I was in here flooded, the sink in the one now just about exploded, the upstairs toilet overflowed and soaked though are ceiling and flooded our bathroom. Laundry rooms don't always work. Used to have good management, not sure about now. They just removed all the landscaping and put in very small grasses. But other than that its fine. EDIT: I'm now at a different apartment and didn't realize the maintenance at North Park was so amazing. They actually got things done and knew how to fix stuff. So amazing in that department."
