The office is always responsive to phone calls and emails, maintenance requests are completed very quickly, and the office always double checks to make sure the problem is fixed. My move out process was smooth with no hidden fees dropped on me at the end. Thank you Myra and all for making La Paloma a wonderful place to live."

When we have had to report a maintenance problem they are always responsive and quick to take care of the concerns. The apartments are well-maintained and the grounds are always clean. "I would like to recognize the staff at La Paloma Apartments, Stephanie for providing outstanding and exceptional customer service. Always going above and beyond for any situations that may occur. Sarah, Myra and Reyes for always being so kind, friendly and professional. Every call, voicemail, text or email always gets answered in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. Every work order I have entered online or called has been addressed and fixed in a timely manner with a follow up call from the office staff to make sure the work order was addressed. The property is surrounded by trees, shrubs, green grass and landscaping. The landscapers keep it well maintained all 4 seasons. My 1 bedroom is spacious, with black appliances a huge balcony. Storage, washer and dryer and refrigerated air all year long. The new dog park is spectacular with plenty of room for my dogs to enjoy. They really did a great job on this project. 2 upgraded fitness rooms with brand new equipment. A brand new family area where resident’s can rent for parties or gathering’s. Covered parking, with lighting at night. New propane grills through out the property, with covered seating. A volleyball court. 2 spacious pools with comfortable lounge areas and seating 2 playground areas for the kids. Online portal for residents to enter maintenance requests, make a payment etc. large mailboxes including locked lockers for packages from USPS etc. Anyone looking for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Albuquerque NM, stop on by at La Paloma Apartments. You will not be disappointed."

"There is a reason I've lived here several times over the years. Whether it's moving back from out of state or out of country, this has always been my first choice. Rey and Stephanie are awesome! They are always friendly, responsive, and approachable no matter the issue. The maintenance crew is always quick to address any concerns and very friendly as well! Facilities are always well-maintained and clean. It's a safe neighborhood with lots of options that are walking distance (grocery store, pet store, food, coffee, etc). It's not a coincidence that it's a great experience each time, several years apart."

"My wife and I came in to look at an apartment because we heard good things about this place from friends and family. We were immediately greeted by the staff. I believe the two we spoke with were Myra and Stephanie. They were both very friendly and went over the amenities and rates. We got to walk around and the property which was nice and clean. The pool looked really nice and the gym they have is not bad either. You can get a good workout in there and then go for a swim. We saw a 2 bedroom apartment and it was pretty spacious and modern. They have a full size washer and dryer in there which is always nice. Its also in a good location with grocery stores and good restaurants close by. We didn't end up staying here because we bought a house instead, but this would have been a great place to stay."
