"I was visiting my uncle and while walking to my car I witnessed maintenance crew yelling at what appeared to be a young boy and almost threatening him. That is so unprofessional! Whether there is an issue or not, it should always be handled professionally."

"I’ve had mixed feelings upon moving in. I’ve left different reviews both good and not so good. But honestly almost a year in and staff and maintenance are great. They really try to make your experience better. I’ve had problems and they’ve come right away to fix them and the staff ask what they can do to make the community better. It’s been good."

"USPS does not deliver to door and the parcel pending box has been overfilled for 2 months and broken for a week, I’ve had to get every delivery at the post office myself. They also paid some horrible painters to redo the paint here and it looks terrible, they sprayed over bushes and tried to “upgrade” the facility to white, looks like a prison colony now to me. I preferred the beige. There are plenty of better accommodations around this area. Stay away."

"I'll miss these apartments. I stayed there for 11 months with virtually zero issues. The apartments are very spacious and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed my time there. I would have gladly renewed my lease, but necessity drove me to find something closer to work. I do wish that the rooms had ceiling fans or lights, but that was a quick and easy fix from my part. Miss Selina is a wonderful leasing consultant at the Ottavo apartments, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone. She always greeted me with a warm smile and amazingly remembered who I was, where I was staying, and details of previous conversations. I think I visited the front office a grand total of 6 times, yet I felt at home from the first. Thank you for that."

"Our experience here has been really good! We have enjoyed our apartment with minimal issues, and if any occurred the office staff and the maintenance team were here quickly and communicated well about any issues we had. We appreciated their friendly personalities and timely responses. Service requests are always answered the same day or the day after depending on when you put it in. I’ve never experienced any issues in the parking lot and have always felt safe. If there is anything going on maintenance wise, you always know in advance through and email or a note on the door, so nothing was surprising. Thank you guys again!"
