"Research this place throughly before you call this place "home".. management greedy, nonhuman, inconvenient living...I experienced months of non use of my kitchen since I only had access to ONE outlet in my kitchen since i reported my breaker tripping repeatedly. No updates were given unless asked going weeks apart with them claiming it was a special order for this breaker. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited and waited, even paying my rent though this whole situation before I had to report this issue to code enforcement. And of course directly after reporting it, they had the part and was ready to fix it that same day. I was more patient than I should have been. Upon moving out, they charged me with another month's rent even after providing a proper 30 days notice, over being 5 days late after the 1st of month putting in notice. I've tried working with them to see if they could work with me and just charge me prorated but they were totally greedy and charged another full month's rent anyway despite what I've been through with them and paying rent on time every month. And they were aware I would put in my 30 day notice when asked to fill out a tenant verification. Once apartment was cleaned per their cleaning requirements page, they still charged me for painting and "2 hours" of apartment cleaning and quoted I wouldn't get my deposit back until 30-45 days after move out when the law says it should be given back within 30 days. What a big headache living here was and so much more to tell. I highly recommend NOT living here. But if you do know your rights as a tenant and read their lease CAREFULLY since they stuck to the book and didn't care for me and my little one as their tenant. Plus parking was terrible, had to wait for parking to become available from thurs to sundays. Not a place I would ever call home again nor recommend. EVER."

"El Vado Apartments are absolutely amazing! Great location right next to Old Town and many other sites to see. Felecity was very helpful and forthcoming during my whole application process. She ran me through everything and didn’t hide any little details. She is one of the best landlords I have seen so far being very accommodating. I’d recommend renting here 100/10 very clean and comfortable. You have everything within a 10 miles radius plus there is businesses located right below your home meaning you will be safe and sound and not have to worry about anything happening to anything or you. If you don’t believe me , see for yourself!"
