"There was a wasp nest next to my unit and they didn't do anything after we told them, there was a dead dog in front of the units upstairs, homeless people (sometimes residents too) would pull the gate door so hard that it breaks, homeless people would sleep in the storage units, the laundry room caught on fire (they fixed it in 2 days though), it takes them weeks to turn on the AC, worst of all they raise the rent with each lease, all this happened in the 3 years I lived there."
"They are definitely working to make it a nicer safer place. There is now a security patrol which seems to be making a difference with the homeless population on the property"
