"I'M WARNING ⚠️ YOU NOW DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! It may look nice on the "outside" and you may think it's a great price for the spacious apartment, but it will be the worst mistake of your life.Did I mention my apartment had termites, DISGUSTING!!! I HATED living there! Management fine for upkeep of patio if it is not up to "standards ". I had 2 cars stolen, catalytic converter stolen, 2 bikes stolen, and ALL THIS WAS IN A MATTER OF A YEAR! There are so many homeless people that live near and so much crime, not to mention the noise off of Montgomery. Thank God we bought a house!"

"I have lived in many apartments though out Albuquerque, NYC and Portland and this is the only one that felt like a true home. It is the only one I lived the longest in. I lived there for 5 years and the only reason I left is I had to take care of a sick parent. The grounds are beautiful with so many trees, green grass and beautiful flowers! Don't forget the amazing pool! Several apartments even have their own backyard. No apartment is alike and I had one of the largest apartments! They all have their own unique attributes which make you feel like you live in a house vs an apartment. I had huge walk in closets, fire place, jet tub as well as my own washer/dryer laundry room. The size of the apartment was larger than my first house I bought! The staff was always helpful and available when needed no matter the day or time, including holidays. So when something broke and as you know things never like to break when it was convenient the owners were there to address and fix it immediately! I have owned several homes and I still miss this apartment and all it has to offer!!!"

"2 Cadillac Coverters we’re stolen from me here! Plus a stolen vehicle from me. Thieves hopped fence along the ditch bike path and stole 2 of my bikes! They won’t even let your friends or family do laundry there. Homeless walk thru parking lot and also check cars. They were termites in my apartment. We weren’t able to have empty planters on the patio. I got a $200 fine for parking by my apartment to unload groceries. The staff pretend to be friendly but they are just being nosey. They are spacious Apartments but they are cheap for a reason. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!"

"Hidden gem right off of I-25! The location is fantastic and the proximity to I-25 and the North Channel bike trail make it easy to get anywhere in town quickly. The staff is friendly, always easy to get a hold of, and very attentive to the needs of the tenants. We lived in our loft for over two years. During that time we had no issues with any of our neighbors. The people that use the trail behind the apartments (great for evening activities) mind their own business and keep to themselves for the most part. To my knowledge there was never a car broken into while we were there! This place has a homey feel to it and the staff treated us like family. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I ignored them and I am extremely happy that I did. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the area as it is definitely one of the nicer ones."
