"After reading through the comments here, I wanted to add my experience. I moved here in September. From day one there were some issues that needed to be addressed both inside and outside my apartment. Anything that can be handled by the on site maintenance personnel was taken care of immediately. So far I am very happy with them. There was one thing that an outside contractor had to be brought in to fix that took quite a bit longer but it was taken care of. My overall experience so far has been very positive and I am very happy living here. While I cannot specifically speak of anything that happened under the previous property manager, I can tell you that the new manager, Valerie has been a pleasure to work with. Simply put, she cares. That being said, there are things that are out of her control. I do want to point out that there are options available for tenants who feel like their needs are not being addressed in a timely manner. Renters have rights and all renters should know what their rights are. Just like in healthcare, a person is their own best advocate. I would definitely recommend living here."

"April wil be my 2 years here. I went all summer without my air conditioner working. END of July they gave my 1 portable unit for the window (i have 3 bedrooms and small children) I had to buy more portable ac units at 350 a piece. My light bill went up to almost $1000 and I been struggling to keep my lights on and paying all my other bills. My kids and I have been sick with covid so I was out of work and of course that means short on cash. This apartment does NOT "work with you" they won't accept partial payments, doesn't care if they neglect your family's need or if their neglect causes more hardship on your family. The parking causes more then usual wear and tear and vehicles cause they won't fix it and parking is ridiculous and my car is always being hit by other doors but have to pay extra for covered assigned parking. If I had money to move I would. This is my first apartment alone and I can't beleive how cold hearted management is towards struggling families.no wonder any person I've met that lived here hated it. Infested with ants. Work orders are ignored and appliances are old and outdated. Deffinently not worth what they are charging for rent. On top of all that theinis homelss people living in the parking lot and the dumpster is alwys disgustingly overflowing with trash all the time."

"I have to say, living here in the beginning was wonderful and Jalyn has been amazing. I’m offended that she wasn’t promoted to property manager because she can hold the place down and have excellent customer service. The new manager (Brianna?) however… no customer service. I’ve talked to a few residents who have had rough encounters, too. Unpleasant attitude and uncalled for responses. If she stays, I will certainly be moving somewhere else at the end of the lease. I have enjoyed this apartment, however. I’ll miss the layout and the security alarm. Thank you Jaylyn for making this place feel like a home. I hope they treat you well."
