"They never came back to finish the work in the closet that had black mold from the water damage and never replace tiles when moved or strip that separate kitchen and dining room area and more water damage above kitchen with a gap near the vent. Needs to be renovated by the new owner"

"I have been complaining about a leak in my ceiling due to the upstairs neighbors. I now have black mold growing in my bathroom and the bathroom ceiling is caving in. Neither the maintenance man or Angie the manager has done anything to fix the issue. I am an elderly disabled person and I feel as if I'm being treated unfairly because they are not taking my health and safety into consideration. Please if corporate can get involved I would appreciate it or I will have to have lawyers be involved."
