"Personally I feel at home here...The Staff are Extremely Friendly and Professional.."
"The overall neighborhood is very dangerous and everyone is shady ranging from management to guests. Rooms are gross, but I would overlook this if it was not such a den of crime. If you come with a service animal they'll give you a hard time even though this is an ADA right. Nothing is done by the rules. Be prepared to field off illegal propositions from the owners and all others. If you need a cheap place to crash in ABQ go to a nearby suburb or small-town, or find home lodging if you must stay in the Duke City."
"Stayed here for a week while our apartment was being remodeled. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Carpet was covered in stains and goat heads. Bedsheets looked like they had been used as an ashtray and toilet paper. Microwave didn't work. Lightbulbs were missing, and the ones that were there, only one worked. Constantly got calls to our cell phones saying we we're being too loud, fighting and slamming things. Out of the 5 times they called us only once were we actually in the room. Room keys would stop working out of nowhere. When I would ask the desk clerk why they weren't working they would tell me my stay was up, I had to show them my receipt for a week stay a few times. The employees didn't communicate with each other obviously. All the employees live on sight, and are extremely loud, shouting across the property from room to parking lot. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We asked for fresh bedding and towels a few times. Never got them. Someone tried coming into our room the last night while we were sleeping, they had a key, the chain latch was locked so they couldn't get the door open all the way. It scared the heck out of me and my husband, we called the office and asked what the heck was going on, they said that only we had keys to the room and if we lost them that was our fault. Will not stay here again, and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"We we're there this weekend for the Fiesta Balloon Festival, I found this "hotel/motel" through Travelocity for what seemed like a good deal, $96 a night... well needless to say, when we arrived it didn't have a sign for the hotel, there were men outside when we pulled up asking questions like "where are you from" "what part of that city are you from", "what room are you staying in". My husband and myself checked the room before letting our kids inside. As you walk in it smelled moldy and like very bad cigarette smoke. I checked the mattress for bed bugs, we didn't find bugs but the mattress was so dirty, the pillow cases had stains ALL over. The carpet was so dirty. Behind the night stand had piles of smoke ash, the bathroom wasn't clean. We didn't let our kids or my in-laws to go in the rooms. The people staying in the hotel looked like drug addicts and homeless people.... we left and spent our money at a Best Western. Please don't be fooled, its not a good deal! Its a horrible motel..."
"Tv was so old it didn't have av connection so i couldn't play xbox so i was board . My father was biten several times by some kind of bug (probably bed bug ) and we reported it to the office and they said we dont give refunds, we dont have any problems here . They have their sign covered up which can trick some people to thinking it is part of motel 6 beside it . We also left to eat and came back and the room smelled like Marijuana, not sure if someone broke in smoking and left or was from next room. I would recommend trying a different motel first before you come here ."
