"Mechanic/ lube technician did not check the car for leaks after a simple oil change. O-ring was not seated properly and oil was leaking everywhere. I pulled over and they met me, fixed the problem and did a poor job cleaning the under trey. I understand accidents happen but I paid 160$ for a simple oil change and no refund on labor or credit for future visits. My car smoked for a week following oil change until all the oil burnt. I would not recommend this shop."

Finally getting in and talking with Dana, I understand they have had significant staffing issues both back in the shop and in the office. "I was in Durango for a couple of months on business and my battery went dead. I also needed two lock actuators installed so I had them do the work as a battery change in A Porsche Cayenne Turbo S requires removing the drivers seat. They did great work using all OEM parts. It's nice to know you can trust a repair shop when you're not at your home repair shop. I highly recommend Animas Automotive."
"I am a firm believer in one mechanic only. I don't like the finger pointing that results when multiple people become involved in a vehicle's maintenance. In the 12 years that I have brought my vehicle(s) to Animas Imports I have consistently experienced professional and honest work. The owner and staff are considerate and 'over the top' helpful. All mechanics are top notch. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else."
