"Lifetime local here, Durango strikes again. 1000 dollar quote for brakes and rotors on my 2008 SUV. Parts were around 300. 700 for labor? What a tourist town RIP OFF. Not only did I say no, they charged me an inspection fee and later on my card was charged 3x. Ps, cross the state line into New Mexico, I got the brakes done for 450…same parts!! Bad bad businesses and I will continue spreading the word on Four States Tire."

"I took my truck in to have some Front end and power. Steering and gearbox work done. I get my truck back and I find out I have a tremendous oil leak. Come to find out that did not seal my power. Steering and Vacuum pump back together. And it leaks oil and they won't fix."

"We were traveling down Colorado’s beautiful mountains, when our brake light kept going on and off in our RV. They got our vehicle in immediately, and checked to make sure it wasn’t anything that would be dangerous to continue driving. We had checked with several other places from Telluride to Durango, and were turned away. Can’t thank them enough for making sure we were safe to keep driving!"

"Google maps said they were open so we went. We saw their flashing OPEN sign from the road so we pulled up. There was a paper on the door saying that they were closed for the next few days. That just bothered me. We wasted an hour of our day. Google maps said they were open and they left their "Open" sign on. Annoying. Gave it 2 stars because I didn't experience any bad service, I didn't experience any service at all."
