"Visiting from out of town with no intention of buying new tires because I've been cheap and bought used, mismatched tires last year when the factory tires were worn at 50k. It's been 10k miles and at least one is out of round now. Thought I'd stop by just to inquire. J/P staff are very friendly and knowledgeable so I got a set of K02's, LT265/70r17. Our timing was perfect this Thursday morning so we were in and out in 30 mins. I wanted tires that would last long while providing decent performance on the occasional dirt, rock, or snow trips we take several times a year. I expected them to be uncomfortable however they were smoother than the used tires which were probably hard from being 5-10 yrs old. There was no shaking up to 70mph. Thank you J/P staff!"

"Had an appointment for an alignment. Got a call that they were short staffed and they had to reschedule me. Set it for the next morning. Took another 1/2 day off work, drove 40 minutes and got a call about an hour before my appointment, that their mechanic apparently quit. Fine, but he told me that he walked out the previous evening. Then why did they wait until an hour before my appointment to call and cancel on me? Also still not sure why I got bumped from my 1st appointment if their alignment mechanic was there the previous day. Bottom line, they did not respect my time and by withholding that information until the day of my appointment, they cost me half a days wage on top of the disrespect of my time. I’ve had good experience with them in the past so I gave them a second star for that but this recent experience was definitely 1 star."
