Jiffy Lube Multicare

"Well it took almost 2 hours for service today. Granted the crew did upsell me on doing a brake fluid flush which was quoted for an additional 45 minutes. But not an 1:30. Also I was disappointed the car wasn't vacuumed out as stated on the receipt. The service can be much better. Another issue came up yesterday as I was driving. My check tire light came on. I stopped at a local gas station and took my tire gauge out to measure the air pressure in my tires. I found the tires on the right side of the car we're at 40 lb. The tires on the left side of the car we're at 34 lb. Again this is a lack of attention to detail. Why is one side at 40 lb and the other side 34 lb. Losing faith in Jiffy Lube. Now 4 days later, I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my car. Looked under my car to see that the engine skid plate is missing and the insulation is hanging down from the engine."

"Waited for awhile to get a oil change done, and there were hardly any customers there. One employee said I needed an air filter so I agreed for it to be replaced. Finally (after an hour wait), everything was done and got ready to leave.I left and my vehicle didn't sound right so I pulled over and opened the hood. Noticed my air filter was gone and nothing was replaced. I immediately called back and told them there wasn't no air filter. So, I suggest you check everything before you leave."

"Zack and his team went above and beyond this morning. Unfortunately I find this to be a rarity in the service industry these days. I discovered leaking fluid on my garage Friday night. I went to Jiffy Lube (not who did the previous oil change) first thing Saturday morning. They discovered a faulty gasket. They replaced it, topped my fluids, and had me rolling again, free of charge, within 10 minutes. They have me as a loyal customer from now on. I highly recommended Zack and the team."

Had a rough long day and after getting my car worked on had to take it to get serviced, they explained why it took longer then it was supposed to when another person originally told me the wait would only be around 30 minutes to get my car in when they checked me in, definitely changed my mood with employees that take the time to help customers. All of the technicians to checking in, during to keep us updated to the checking out was smooth. There was a wait but not longer than 3 hours, they are fast with oil changes and thorough.
