"Unfortunately I’ve used these guys for years but will not be returning. They told me they could have 2 bearings pressed onto my axle shafts within 1-2 days (Monday before Christmas) I drop them off, and get the runaround until Thursday when they figure out they need to order parts, finally they get the parts the Tuesday following Christmas and I finally see the finished product Wednesday, over a week later. (After being assured when I asked multiple times that it would get done in 1-2 days) Now, that’s not a huge deal although we had no car for Christmas, but then I get the parts back and the axle shafts have been gouged with a grinder, the wheel bearings have been beat on with a hammer, and overall the quality and timeliness of the job was 1/5. I called and spoke with one of the owners who then told me there’s nothing he can do about it since the other owner was the one who took the job (pretty wild to not be accountable for the actions of your business partner/cop owner, but whatever.) Bottom line, won’t be back."

"Our Mercedes SUV malfunctioned and died after 5:30 pm on Dec 29th, right before a long holiday weekend. Amazingly, we were able to coast into the Autoworks parking lot, where Dennis and his team immediately brought the car in to run computer diagnostic tests, and stayed after hours, right before a holiday weekend, to make sure we could operate the vehicle safely. They also offered to open up early after the holiday to check out our car before we got back on the highway for a 14 hour drive. Dennis and team went above and beyond to ensure our safety, and were incredibly professional and kind. Bravo and thank you Dennis and team!"

"I am always impressed with the quality of service here. They charge fairly for what they do, and they do it well. A dealership recently told me I needed all new shocks and struts on my 15 year old car. I took it to Durango Autoworks to have to work done. They quickly called after I dropped off my car to say only the rear needed to be done, and they would order the parts and finish up soon. I appreciate them not charging me for something I didn’t need. Like I said the car is 15 years old. A couple weeks later I was back in for what I thought was a bad battery. They discovered it was the alternator (which was under warranty). Within 30 minutes they had a new alternator in my car, and I was back in the road."
