"The actual work was done well, but shoppers should be aware! The shop did work that the insurance company didn't approve and the cost was put back onto me. When faced with the why question they simply told me that I was responsible... If you use them request that NO work is done without the insurance company giving prior approval or you giving approval after seeing a bid for the work. I have used them a number of times over that last six years and will have to reconsider carefully in the future. Be careful. Again the work was done well."

"Had a rock hit my windshield, reported it to my insurance company about an hoyr later, picked ABRA to repair it and figured it would take a while to get in. Decided to call them, they picked right up and said to come on down. I was in and out with a great repair in about 20 minutes. Amazing!"
