"We brought our car into this shop a few times and had negative experiences all around. The person we spoke with, Jim, at the front desk was not very friendly or good at communicating. In our latest repair, to fix an issue of diesel fumes leaking into the cab of the car, we waited weeks, and spent thousands on diagnosis, part acquisition, and repair. But when we picked up our car, we immediately realized the issue was not fixed - it was WORSE than before! We brought this to the shop's attention, and were told that we couldn't bring the car in for another week to be looked at AND that we would be facing another diagnostic fee! When we mentioned that we had already spent a lot of money on diagnosing this exact issue, and asked if would they look at it again (no repairs, just look) as a courtesy to see IF they could figure out the actual problem, Jim at the front desk HUNG UP the phone on my husband. Overall, we just got the feeling that this shop cares only about making money and not actually helping their customers. I would highly recommend you take your car and money elsewhere."
