"Love this building. Super safe."
"Seamless application process. I am moving on the 6th and will be signing my lease on the 7th. Very fast response time from Cheri via email. I am really happy with the apartment me and my wife will have."
"I gave so many chances to the office, it's not even funny. Initial contact was quick. My boyfriend and I had finished the initial part of the application within three days or so and awaited responses, and everyone is super nice, but my goodness. The amount of times that I was told I would be "called back" is well over 10. Multiple times, I had to call the office back to remind THEM that they told ME they would call me back. I do understand that they're working over time to fill the building's capacity, but there's no way prospective tenants will remain interested if dealing with the leasing office is such a hassle. I scheduled a showing for a unit, and after waiting 15-20 minutes, I was told that the agent wouldn’t be able to make it and had to reschedule, which was fine. At the rescheduled showing, I met the building’s super, not an agent. I had to ask which unit was available to show me on his behalf, which was a first. I had to remain on the phone with the office for a good portion of the showing to see which units were available for showing, which was weird. I was the main contact for my boyfriend and I's application, and they requested information from him on a Friday. He doesn't check his email, as I'm the main contact, so I'm confused as to why they decided to contact him to request information from the both of us. The email subject literally has my last name in it. This information included paperwork that needed to be looked over and signed by both of our employers. They called the following Monday, asking if the paperwork was done and when would be the soonest that we could drop off... Both he and I work M-F jobs, as most people do, so there was no possibility we could have gotten it done over the weekend. We had to scramble to get it in by Tuesday afternoon. We also paid a $100 holding fee to hold the apartment, but I got a voicemail a week ago saying they "wouldn't want me to lose my place," which is weird and contradictory. This past Thursday, I missed a call by 17 minutes and was told I would get a call back. I called back on Friday and reminded them someone was supposed to call me back, and yet again they said I would get a call back. I called them back for the last time today to find out that we did not qualify for the apartment. I wish someone had taken the time to at least email me or leave a message, because it's pretty important information."
"Would not suggest renting here. My partner and I were prospective tenants of this building. First off, we tried contacting the front office to schedule a tour twice before we got any real response with the office saying "weʻll call you back right away" then never calling us back. After a while, we called to see what was happening and they told us we had already set up a showing for a day we were unavailable and never asked for. Then proceeded to inform us that they had no way to sync their schedule to know when tours had been booked. We wanted to be patient because we knew there was construction and that seemed stressful, so we got our tour rescheduled and went. We arrived 10 minutes early and couldnʻt find anyone so we called the office. We called once and they said someone will be coming down to get you. Nobody showed up for another 10 minutes so we called again and they said theyʻd text the agent doing the showing. Never got back to us. Eventually 3 others showed up for the same person. When the agent arrived she was on the phone and walked passed all of us and didnʻt say anything. The building itself is beautiful, in a good location, and at the perfect price point. However, the agent was repeatedly contradictory and never gave the same answer to questions twice. My partner and I have a small dog and on one of the listings we saw it says pets are allowed. Thatʻs incorrect as only service animals are allowed. It also never says that you canʻt be full time students. As far as the tour goes, it was incredibly unsafe as there were 6 people shoulder to shoulder in an elevator during a global pandemic. The agent also took off her mask at one point. This place is mismanaged with poor agents who have no regard for public health in this current day and age and the place hasnʻt even fully opened yet."
