"The room was good, but there was some smell from previous tenants or cleaning. It smelled like a kitchen fat throughout the whole stay. But the real bummer is the service wait times. I'm waiting for 20 minutes already in line to check out and I can't do express checkout because I have to return 4 yellow towel cards to not be charged $80 for it."

"This is my second time staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The first time was at the Grand Islander. I have to the say the Grand Wakikian exceeded all of my expectations. The location, the rooms, the service and the overall quality and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch place to stay. We definitely will be coming back and stay here again."

"My Husband and I stayed here for 7 nights as a 25th pre-anniversary celebration. We had a one bedroom ,full kitchen with a city and partial ocean view, it was clean and comfortable. The fireworks on Friday evening were awesome and all the amenities were a plus.We will recommend this resort to all our family and friends. We look forward to staying here again."

"My husband and I stayed here for four nights in the beginning of February. It was a clean room on the 17th floor overlooking the city. They had ocean view rooms too. This was our first time to Oahu/Wakiki Beach so it kind of surprised us how much of a tourist town it was. We had just came from Maui so it was a huge shock. The rooms were clean, and the service was great. I think this hotel was definitely my least favorite out of the bundle of them in this area. My husband and I did take the time to explore the other hotels in that area. This hotel was a long walk to get anywhere, parking is $60-$65 a night, there is no fitness center or pool in this hotel (but there is in all the other ones). All the pools are shared (for the most part) but there is kids and swarms of people in every single one of them. We preferred the beach mostly. It just depends on what you are looking for but if you want a seat by the pool, get there early. There are fireworks on Friday nights so thats a plus and our room had a large tub (not a jacuzzi). Some other great things about the room were the laundry units, full kitchen, and spacious rooms. It was also nice that they had an ABC store on every corner if you needed to grab some quick snacks or food. Just depends on what you are looking for. Definitely caters to families more than couples."

"As a club owner , nice to experience different Hilton property. We stayed in one bedroom with pull up bed . All amenities are there, you can cook , washed your clothes. Although the washing machines takes time to wash. The location is walkable to places. Staff are friendly. We enjoyed watching the firework in the lagoon area after a day of doing different activities."
